Join Us!

For the second edition of Garden State Art Weekend, April 24-27, 2025, we are excited to invite galleries, museums, artist studio complexes (home to 4 or more artist studios), pop-ups, or public art to participate. 

 

Applications from individual artists or single-artist open studios are not eligible.

 

For this event, there is a $25 application fee, but participation is free. You don't need to do anything special other than be open at a time of your choosing over the weekend. Of course, if you want to do something special, that's great too!

To participate in GSAW and be listed on the map, please fill out this form by March 31st, 2025. Once your venue is accepted, we will share media assets to help you promote your participation in the GSAW. Our goal is to spread the news about this event through word-of-mouth and viral sharing on everyone's social channels. What type of Venue?

Solo artists in private studios are not eligible to participate in this event. We encourage individual artists to team up with other artists! Find a local venue like a pop-up shop, community space, or gallery to host a group art show over the weekend.

Please give visitors sense of what they will enjoy at your venue. What type of venue, which artists will you have on view, any special events for the weekend etc.

We will use these images for the website and social media to promote your venue.

Which day(s) will you participate?

You do not have to be open everyday. Only one day is required.

Application Fee
$25

This fee is to help offset adminstration costs such as website, social media and marketing for GSAW. If your application is accepted, there is no fee to participate.
