Tiny Gallery Montclair

Tiny Gallery, a must-see destination in Montclair, is a miniature art gallery featuring small works, ranging from two to four inches high, by nationally and locally known artists. Gallerist and curator Francesca Castagnoli installed the gallery on her front lawn to create small, meaningful connections with art and storytelling in an unexpected way. Tiny Gallery not only connects Castagnoli's neighbors and passers-by with a sense of wonder, it allows art lovers, whose walls may already be full, to continue to collect art in a more intimate and accessible way.

“There’s a real stop-and-stare moment to the gallery where you are busy rushing through your day—but then suddenly there’s this exquisite, tiny thing that takes you out of your head and shifts your perspective. It's like stumbling on a robin’s egg in the street. It feels serendipitous, and it has its own magic,” Castagnoli says.

During Garden State Art Weekend, Tiny Gallery will be featuring several collections from Tiny Gallery artists.
